Frequently asked questions

When will my order arrive?

All the clothing on the website is handmade to order and the turnaround time is currently up to 6 weeks. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping email. If you are ordering a muslin on its own this can be dispatched within 3 working days. If you have a special date coming up and would like to receive the order in time - just pop us a note on your order and we'll do our best to get it out to you in plenty of time.

How will my order be sent?

As standard, all orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class. There is an option to upgrade your postage to Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked and Signed, this is at an extra cost to yourself.

Who makes my clothes?

All your clothing is cut, sewn and packaged right her in Middlesbrough by me, Lauren. Our muslins are handmade overseas and then shipped here to be quality checked before they are sent out.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your items. All items must be returned in their original packaging and must not have been worn or washed. If you ordered the wrong size then an exchange can be arranged but the buyer will be responsible for the postage costs. To arrange a return please use the Contact Us form or the chat feature. Please note - no refunds will be accepted on custom made items (i.e. if you've specifically requested a certain cuff colour for example)

How should I care for my clothes?

All our clothes are made to last and be passed down, with this in mind it is important that you care for your items by following the instructions on the individual labels. All clothes can be washed at 40 degrees (we recommend 30 degrees to help save our planet), we don't recommend tumble drying your items.
